Priority accounts

What priority means and how to ask Mojo Gift to mark your account.

Updated August 5, 2026

Some corporate accounts are flagged inside Mojo Gift as Priority. The flag is set by the Mojo Gift internal team, not by you, and it only changes a small piece of the order workflow on our side. This page exists so you know it is a thing, why your account might already be marked, and how to ask if you think it should be.

You will not see a priority toggle in the corporate portal. The flag lives on internal admin pages and is not part of the customer-facing UI.

What it changes for you

Almost nothing. Whether your account is Standard or Priority, you will:

  • Place orders the same way.
  • See the same approval flow on your dashboard.
  • Receive the same gift card delivery experience.

The only practical difference is who, on the Mojo Gift side, can finalise approval of your orders. Priority accounts route to senior reviewers and any Mojo Gift assistants assigned to your account. Standard accounts can also be approved by general Mojo Gift staff. The end result, an approved order, is the same in both cases.

How priority is granted

Priority is granted by Mojo Gift, not requested through a form. We typically mark an account priority when at least one of the following is true:

  • Annual gifting budget above an internal threshold.
  • The company operates in a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, public sector).
  • The relationship is run by a named account manager rather than the general support queue.

If you fit one of those and want priority handling, talk to your Mojo Gift account manager. If you do not have a named account manager, write to corporate@mojo-gift.com and tell us why priority handling would help. Internal staff will review and flip the flag if it fits.

How to tell if your account is already priority

Because the flag is internal, the corporate portal does not show it. The cleanest answer is to ask your Mojo Gift contact. If you do not have one, two indirect signals:

SignalWhat it means
Your orders are approved by a Mojo Gift senior (HR Admin or Super Admin) rather than by general staff. The approver's role appears in the order's approval history. Senior approvals on every order are a strong sign.
Mojo Gift staff replies to you carry a Priority tag.Internal communication on priority accounts is tagged. If you have ever received a reply with the tag, you are priority.

Neither signal is something you need to act on. They just confirm what is already true on our side.
